Our team specializes in providing excellent rates and superior service to high-quality Borrowers.  Our ideal customer has good credit and is impeccably qualified.  In exchange, our Borrowers demand the absolute best rate available, uncompromised service, and attention to detail.

We don’t “sugar-coat.”  We know what we’re doing and we avoid wasting your time and ours.  Unlike many larger mortgage companies and banks, we can analyze your information on the spot.  We don’t collect and collect information from you for weeks only to have your loan declined after your file finally reaches an underwriter.  If we are unsure we’ll find out fast; usually in minutes.  You don’t want your loan officer to only have a few months of experience.  At National Mortgage Group that never happens.

We like to provide in-person service.  This concept is a little old fashion these days given the current state of technology, but many Borrowers appreciate that we attend closings, perform settlements at their homes, pick up data from their residence or work, &/or give them occasional phone updates on their loan status.  Email and electronic data exchange are great tools and we use them extensively.  But, we find a generally higher level of customer satisfaction is achieved when we are able to provide in-person services.
